3. Pricing and Offers

Offers, if any, are valid for a limited period and may be withdrawn or modified at the discretion of the developer. No guaranteed returns or assured appreciation claims are made.

4. Booking and Allotment

Booking is subject to availability and is confirmed only after receipt of the booking amount (by account payee cheque / demand draft / online transfer in favour of the official developer) and completion of required documentation. SKYO PROPERTIES does not collect booking amounts or process payments for property purchases. Allotment is at the sole discretion of the developer. The booking amount is adjustable against the total consideration as per the payment plan.

5. Role of Authorized Channel Partner

The developer is not responsible for any commitments made by external channel partners, brokers, or third-party agents unless explicitly authorized in writing. This website is operated by SKYO PROPERTIES, an authorised channel partner. Our role is to provide project information and facilitate site visits. All representations are subject to the terms of the Agreement for Sale executed with the developer.

6. Possession Timeline

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra. Allottees may also approach the MahaRERA authority for grievance redressal as per the Act.

10. Force Majeure

The developer shall not be liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, strikes, lockouts, pandemic, or any other cause beyond reasonable control.

11. Changes and Updates

The developer reserves the right to revise specifications, plans, and other project elements as may be deemed necessary or required by applicable authorities. In case of any inconsistency between information on this website and the Agreement for Sale, the Agreement shall prevail.

12. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction only.
